This past weekend our summer high school students moved into their dorms and attended orientation for their respected programs…and now the fun begins!
Drama students are in their studios and have already attended the off-off Broadway show Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind.
Dramatic Writing students attended a comic book writing workshop and went to see Once: The Musical.
Film students have been introduced to the production equipment and facilities and started their classes. They also attended a presentation by Associate Dean of Film, TV, New Media, and the Clive Davis Department of Recorded Music Sheril D. Antonio.
Photography students have visited the International Center of Photography and attended a demonstration on film processing.
Recorded Music students took their first music business class and attended a panel discussion about social media and music and building a fan base. Check out the ReMu summer high school blog.
Our high school students have lots more to do inside and outside the classroom…check back with us soon!
